The flux gel is the RMA grade 1.1.2 / 3 A concentrated rosin resin according to ISO 9454-1, intended for SMT assembly and repair.
The flow gel can be applied through a sieve, pattern or syringe. The actuators used in the flow generating process allow them to leave their residues after welding in the package as long as the process does not include washing phases.
